LADY Lovely Golden Retriever girl. 9 years old. Fostered in LANCASHIRE.
UPDATE from her fosterer.
“ In and around the house we have a quiet, well mannered girl who loves Daisy our resident dog and greets other dogs and people happily at the gate. She formed a good close bond with Daisy very quickly and they love playing together. She’s an agile girl and has energy levels much younger than her years, so she’s not an elderly 9 year old. She would prefer a home with another friendly dog. She prefers to be at your side rather than apart and happily plays with a ball or other toys”.
Whilst out walking she is dog reactive and barks at other dogs she sees and will pull towards them. Her fosterers are not sure if this is due to lack of socialisation or a bad experience. With no distractions she walks well on a collar and lead or harness so we are hoping to improve her behaviour outside in the next week or two as she has more regular walks.
