Golden Retrievers come into rescue for many different reasons but through no fault of their own. Because of their gentle nature many find this a traumatic experience. Sadly, this happens all too regularly, so please consider donating to help us continue rescuing these beautiful dogs.

Irish Retriever Rescue will not turn away any dog because of age, condition or temperament providing we have the appropriate resources available at the time.

As a UK based registered Charity, Irish Retriever Rescue receives no funding or grants and as such we reply on donations and fundraising to make up the shortfall between Adoption fees and costs incurred to allow us to continue to re home these wonderful dogs.

It costs IRR £650 to rescue just one healthy dog. We also cover, for life, costs involved in any medical condition discovered at the point of rescue. As you can imagine this doesn’t come cheap.

Your kind donation could help fund a new life for the many dogs we help each day.

If you would like to donate either on a regular basis or as a one-off we are extremely grateful for any amount big or small. There are many easy ways to donate and IRR can claim Gift Aid on any donations made by a UK tax payer, even for the last 4 years. This is worth an extra 25p on every £1 donated to us!

Your generosity will allow us to continue making a difference to the lives of abused, neglected or simply unwanted Golden Retrievers.

Thank you.
